OPTION 3 – Personal development workshop: “Leading by Curiosity”
An immersive and interactive deep dive into the three main areas that lay the groundwork for building curious and inclusive workplaces:
- Curiosity: Why do our brains work the way they do? How do we become more curious and less judgmental?
- Empathy: What drives our ability to feel and understand others? How do we work together to understand each other better?
- Communication: What are all the ways we communicate with each other? How can we learn to turn curiosity and empathy into action through better communication?
Attendees will leave the workshop with access to our micro-learning platform to start the work to build habits to be more curious and inclusive.
