Devyn Kubley started with Coeur Alaska as a Human Resources intern in 2012 and returned each summer through college. She studied Management and Marketing at the University of Alaska Anchorage where she graduated cum laude. Devyn had the opportunity to travel to Chicago as part of the Coeur internship program in 2014 and 2015 where she grew a deeper connection to the company and knew she would want to pursue full-time employment upon completion of her education. After graduation, she returned to her home town of Juneau and worked at the Sealaska Heritage Institute and the State of Alaska. She began full-time employment with Coeur in May 2020 and is thrilled that she found her way back to the mining industry. Devyn is Coeur Alaska’s HR Representative and focuses on recruiting
Simone Gaab joined the Coeur Rochester Engineering Team full-time in January 2020 after having spent her summer internship at Rochester the year prior. Coeur’s company culture struck her as very welcoming and intimate, but the final selling point was the agility of the mid-sized company which guarantees exposure to many different facets of a mining operation. Currently, she is a short-range planner and ensures that weekly quantity and quality production targets are met. Simone is originally from Germany, where she pursued a Bachelor in Mineral Resources Engineering, finishing off with a Master’s in Mining Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Rachel Raysby joined the Coeur team in 2016 as a Mine Engineer Intern. After graduating from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 2017, with a B.S. in Geological Engineering, Rachel was hired on full time in Coeur’s Inaugural Development Program! She was first working at the Corporate office on Project Development then transitioned into a Mine Engineer role at Coeur Wharf, in South Dakota. Most recently, Rachel transitioned into a full time Project Engineer role for the Corporate office. She is working in the Project Development group and is excited for future growth with Coeur!
