Join the WIM Montana chapter for this month’s Lunch & Learn webinar with guest presenter Maureen Breeze. The topic will be: “”An Introduction to Coaching Skills for Leaders & Managers”.
About this webinar: Yesterday’s top-down leadership model has given way to a more inclusive, collaborative approach where leaders are equally responsible for delivering results and developing their people. Coaching is an invaluable tool to help do both. In this Lunch & Learn you’ll observe a coaching demonstration and learn about the fundamental skills that support a “Leader as Coach” approach to working with teams and direct reports.
About the presenter: Maureen Breeze has over 25 years of combined experience in the fields of leadership development, facilitation, coaching, and executive/senior level management. She is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver’s Center for Professional Development where she teaches coaching strategies to executives and facilitates the Women in Mining Leadership Labs.
