WIM Denver May Meeting

Experiencing Workplace ISMs & Harassment

Guided sharing and tools to navigate harassment in work.

Please join WIM Denver as we host a virtual, interactive event discussing ISMs in the workplace. Tyrone (Tye) Taylor, of OperationsInc., will be providing a guided session on:

  • What constitutes harassment and what to do if you experience it.
  • How to work through issues when you feel left out.
  • How to stand up for yourself.
  • How to cultivate a safe environment

This event is intended to be a safe and confidential place, where people can discuss instances of ISMs impacting their professional life. Participants will be encouraged to anonymously share their personal experiences.

Tye Taylor

Tye has over 30 years of diverse HR leadership experience serving as a subject matter expert in most areas of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Tye has established himself as the DEI specialist with added knowledge in anti-harassment practices in the workplace. He also offers guidance and advice to various organizations in different industries on establishing inclusive cultures and recruiting diverse talent. Tye is also an Adjunct Professor at Kean University in New Jersey where he teaches courses in HR Management, Business Management, Integrated Business Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. Tye earned a B.S. in Business Administration, mini-MBA in Finance, and an M.A. in Adult Education and Training. Tye is a certified trainer through several agencies and was recently accepted to participate in Harvard Business School’s Organizational Leadership program.
