Abstract:
DOE’s Office of Fossil Energy Carbon Management (FECM) and the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) continue to address the potential for onshore production of rare earth elements (REEs) from unconventional resources through conduct of the Critical Minerals Sustainability Program. Program accomplishments that have been made since 2016 will be presented.
