Terms:
- Partnerships renew annually, and renewal reminder emails will be sent as the renewal date approaches. If paying by credit card, the card on file will be charged automatically; otherwise, an invoice will be issued. The Corporate Partnership admin user can update billing information at any time through womeninmining.us.
- You may cancel at any time; the partnership will remain active until the end of the current annual term.
- Please note: partnership fees are non-refundable.

Every year, our Annual Conference provides a number of different sponsorship opportunities. In the months leading up to our Annual Conference, we will provide links to that information when available.

Organizations or individuals who want the simplest way to help fund any WIM USA Chapter of their choice, without any further obligation, and at smaller amounts than our other offerings.

WIM USA Alliances
The WIM USA Alliance Partnership is a unique program that allows organizations to collaborate towards common missions and goals, specifically in the arena of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Typically, this partnership is a multi-year commitment that focuses on education and promotion of the mining industry. There are no associated fees, donations, or sponsorships, with each organization providing their own support toward the agreed upon common goals.
