The WOMEN IN MINING Denver Chapter (WIM Denver) was established in 1981 as a non-profit (501c6) organization in the State of Colorado. WIM Denver has objectives that include providing opportunities for networking and professional development to attract and retain professionals in the mining industry. In addition, the organization provides public outreach/education to enhance awareness of the mining industry and encourages education through the award of scholarships. WIM Denver is a chapter that welcomes participation from all, throughout the State of Colorado, and beyond.
